PugMania 2008

Serving the Pacific Northwest and surrounding areas

RESCUED PUGS NEED YOU!!!

Do you have room in your home for another curly tailed, snorting, head cocking friend?  Pug foster families are essential to Seattle Pug Rescue because they give rescued pugs a warm, loving and safe home while we look for their forever home.  We are actively recruiting individuals, couples and families who are willing to love and spoil a rescue pug.  Foster families don't require any special talents or training, only a willingness to help pugs in transition.  If you are hesitant to be a foster family because you think you will fall in love with your foster pugs and it will be difficult for you to let the pug go to their forever home, please know that you WILL fall in love.  We want you to love your foster pug, and treat them just like your pug or pugs, because rescue pugs need a lot of love.  They are scared and confused, and are greatly comforted by the safe and loving environment you can provide, but when you see the rescue pug with their forever family, you will know that your foster dog is finally HOME.  Rescue pugs begin to blossom in their foster homes, and reach their full potential in their forever homes.  If you are interested in becoming a foster family for pugs in need, please email Jonathan and Katie

SEATTLE PUG RESCUE NEEDS YOUR HELP!
Seattle Pug Rescue is always very busy taking care of the needs of pugs in distress and in transition to new homes.

There are many responsibilities and tasks that go into taking in a rescue pug and then finding it an appropriate new home.

If you'd like to help, we need volunteers as well as donations.  Please contact Sherry or Cathy use the subject line: "Volunteer".

Please be aware that it may take a few days for us to get back to you.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be sure that you are contacting Seattle Pug Rescue directly through our website or the mailing address on the website

to make your donations.  Unfortunately, someone is posing as our representative and fraudulently collecting donations that never make it to

Seattle Pug Rescue.

Seattle Pug Rescue is not affiliated with wastatepugrescue.com in any way.

Whether you want to learn more About the breed or have been involved with pugs for years, we hope you enjoy your visit here.

If you are looking for a pug and don't see any pugs listed in Available dogs, please don't be discouraged and come check back soon!

The Seattle area has many activities for pugs and pug lovers alike, so if you would like to come "party" with us please check out Events for locations and times.

Check out our "pugtastic" Success Stories page to see the faces of many pugs who are now safe and happy in their "forever" homes.

Last, if you find yourself in the sad position where you must give up your pug, you have come to the right place.  We have a thorough process for finding the right

home for each pug.  The pug is placed with a foster home and evaluated for personality and temperament, and we carefully screen to ensure that each pug is placed

in a safe and loving home.

Please contact Sherry or Cathy if you need to surrender your pug.

Please be aware that this is a volunteer organization, and it may take us several days to respond to your questions.  We will get back to you as quickly as possible.
